Return & Exchange Policy
We only accept returns in case the product received is damaged or incorrect. Please inform us immediately and we will arrange for a return pickup. Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted. If a product doesn’t fit you as you had hoped, we can exchange the product for a preferred size once you send the piece back to our studio. If you are not sure about keeping the product at all, you can request to return it back to us within 7 days against a store credit.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchange on international orders.

Domestic Standard rate INR 150

International Standard Rate INR 2000 ($30 approximately)



When can I expect my order?

As a start-up and slow fashion brand, we make garments to order so it takes a little longer. Within India, the order will be delivered in 7-14 working days.

For international orders, depending on the country, orders will reach you in 2-3 weeks.



How can I track my order?

As soon as the order is shipped out, we will email your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
